· Organize and manage tender preparation, in coordination
with tendering manager and all other parties involved in the tender.

· Analyses of the tasks description by making preliminary

description in order to know the advantage & difficulties of the project

· Risks analyses, by making an analyses of risks and to
propose the correct measurements to protect the future development of the
project

· To elaborate the objective price of the offer and then to
proceed with the complete writing of the offer, in order to well prepare the
negotiations with the client.

· To present the offer to the client and to assure the follow
participate in the technical, financial, commercial, legal negotiations, to
obtain the agreement & finally the contract.

(C) Tendering Engineer (Ref. 03)

Education / Experience
Bsc degree in Electrical Engineering
A minimum of 4-5 years experience in the same Field

International experience

Experience in high voltage substation.

Area of responsibility:

· Analysis of the tender documents, detection of the
technical clarifications and deviation.

· Produce the plans and other technical documents

· Assist, upon request, the commercial team during the
negotiation stage with the client to provide the necessary technical
explanation & support.

· Assure technological ideas to improve the conception of the
tender.

· Administration of tender data base.

(D) Site Quality Engineer (Ref. 04)

Education / Experience
Bsc degree in Engineering
A minimum of 2 years experience in the same Field

International experience

· Establish and follow up the CW construction cost estimates

· Support the construction teams by evaluating cost impact of
design changes or site instructions intended to be issued to subcontractors.

(L) CW Contract Administrator

Education / Experience
Bsc degree in Civil Engineering
A minimum of 5-10 years experience in the same Field (Civil Works)

International experience

Experience in Civil Construction Projects of Industrial Buildings (preferably
in the electricity or oil & gas sectors)

Area of responsibility:

· Assist the CW PM/PM in analyzing and follow-up of
commercial risks and opportunities.

· Assist the CW PM in budget review/updates by analyzing and
valuation of potential claims.

· Assist the PM and CW Project Mgr in selection, negotiation
and contracting with local subcontractors.

· Assist the PM and CW PM in contract administration towards
the client for CW portion.

· Assist the Tendering Mgr in setting up RFQ formats, review
of commercial conditions, setting up collaboration agreement.

(M) Operation Director (Ref. 13)

Education / Experience
Bsc degree in Engineering
A minimum of 15-20 years experience in the same Field

International experience
Languages: (Fluent English)
Experience in Unit Management

Experience in project management methods & tools.

Interpersonal skills

Area of responsibility:

· Ensure the implementation of the different operations
within the department: project management, sourcing and logistic

· Control risk Management opportunities

· Organize and improve the Units reporting system,
implement performance and efficient indicators

· Organize the training and the development of competencies
within the Units Operations team
